We want you to be happy with VocalLab AI. If you tried a subscription and it's not the right fit, you're eligible for a refund when:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your subscription purchase or renewal.
- You've generated fewer than 5 minutes of audio (300 points) since that purchase.
This guarantee is designed for users who tried the service but didn't use it intensively. Credit top-ups (pay-as-you-go packs) are final and non-refundable — only subscription plans qualify for this guarantee.
2. Refund Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your subscription purchase or renewal. Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at support@vocallab.ai.
- Include your order number, purchase date, and the email associated with your account.
- Briefly tell us why the service didn't work for you — your feedback helps us improve.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days. Once approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear.
4. When Refunds Are Not Granted
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You've generated more than 5 minutes (300 points) of audio since your purchase — this is considered intensive use.
- Your request is submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- You're requesting a refund for a credit top-up — top-ups are always final and non-refundable.
- Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

The updated version will always reflect the latest effective date at the top of the page.
