• Billing and subscription data (processed securely through Lemon Squeezy — we do not store full card details)

• Usage data such as logs, timestamps, and feature interactions
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies for session management and analytics

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data on the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract — to deliver the Service you signed up for; (b) legitimate interests — to improve the platform and prevent abuse; (c) legal obligation — to comply with applicable law; (d) consent — for marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.

Specifically, we use your data to:

• Create and manage your user account (Supabase)
• Process payments and subscriptions (Lemon Squeezy)
• Generate AI voices and manage your stored audio
• Improve platform performance and features
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries

3. Data Retention & Security

We retain your data only as long as necessary to operate the Service or meet legal requirements. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, Supabase Row Level Security (RLS), hashed authentication tokens, and industry-standard security practices. No system is completely secure, but we take every reasonable measure to protect your information.

4. Sharing Your Information

We never sell your personal data. We share information only with the following trusted third-party processors essential to our platform’s operation:

• Lemon Squeezy — payment and subscription processing
• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
• Vercel — website hosting and edge delivery
• PostHog — product analytics (privacy-friendly, data minimized)

Each third party is contractually bound to protect your data and use it only as instructed. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights and the safety of users.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We also use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand how users interact with the platform. You can manage or disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings; however, disabling necessary cookies may prevent certain features from working.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and the right to object to processing.
