1. Eligibility for Refund

Vocallab AI offers refunds in the following situations:

  • You purchased credits but did not use any of them.
  • You purchased a subscription but did not generate any audio or use any premium features.

Refunds are not provided under any other circumstances.

2. Refund Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email our support team at support@vocallab.ai.
  • Include your order number, purchase date, and the email associated with your account.
  • Provide a brief explanation of the reason for your request.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process. Once approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear.

4. Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You used any purchased credits.
  • You generated any AI audio (TTS, voice cloning, or voice generation).
  • Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

Vocallab AI may update this policy at any time. The updated version will always reflect the latest effective date at the top of the page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
