2. How to File a DMCA Notice
To submit a valid DMCA takedown request, please include all of the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to be infringed.
- A description of the infringing material and its location on our service (URL or direct link).
- Your full name, title (if applicable), email address, and optional mailing address.
- The statement: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material I am complaining of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

- An electronic or physical signature.

3. Trademark Takedown Requests
If you believe your trademark is being infringed on our platform, please include:
- Details of the original trademark (name/logo description).
- A list of countries where the trademark is registered.
- Your registration numbers.
- Proof of trademark ownership (certificate or official IP database screenshot).
- The statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the reported use is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law.”
- Your signature (electronic or physical).

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We may suspend or terminate user accounts that repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others. We may also limit the ability of such users to upload voices, images, or create new AI content.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe the removed content was taken down as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Your contact information.
- Identification of the removed content.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or that you have the right to post the content.
- Your signature.
