Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 4, 2026
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Subscriptions)
We want you to be happy with VocalLab AI. If you tried a subscription and it's not the right fit, you're eligible for a refund when:
- Your request is submitted within 7 days of the subscription purchase or renewal, and
- You have generated fewer than 5 minutes of audio (300 points) since that purchase or renewal.
This guarantee is designed for users who tried the service but did not use it intensively. Only subscription plans qualify for this guarantee.
2. Refund Period
Refund requests for subscriptions must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase or renewal. Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted, except where a longer period is required by applicable law.
3. AppSumo & Lifetime Deals
Refunds for purchases made through AppSumo (including lifetime deals) are governed exclusively by AppSumo's own refund policy and money-back guarantee, and are requested and processed through AppSumo — not directly by VocalLab. Please use your AppSumo account to request an AppSumo refund within AppSumo's guarantee period. After that window closes, the purchase is final.
4. Credit Top-Ups
Credit top-up packs (pay-as-you-go points) are one-time purchases. They do not expire, but they are final and non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
For eligible subscription refunds, email support@vocallab.ai and include:
- Your order number and purchase date,
- The email address associated with your account, and
- A short note on why the service did not meet your needs.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 14 business days and returned to your original payment method.
6. When Refunds Are Not Granted
Refunds are not granted where:
- More than 5 minutes (300 points) of audio were generated after the purchase or renewal;
- The request is submitted more than 7 days after a subscription purchase or renewal;
- The charge is for a credit top-up pack;
- The request is for an AppSumo/lifetime purchase outside AppSumo's process and guarantee period; or
- The account was suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@vocallab.ai so we can help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, in addition to any other remedies available to us.
8. Changes to This Refund Policy
VocalLab AI may update this policy at any time. The current version will always show the latest effective date at the top of this page. This policy is written in English, which is the authoritative version; translations are for convenience only.
