Step-by-step guide

How to Use Self-Hypnosis Audio Maker

Start for free — no credit card, no software to install.

  1. Split the script into its four parts

Mark where the induction ends, where the deepener starts, where your suggestions begin and where the emergence counts you back up. Each part can be its own line.
  2. Place pause tags where you want stillness

Insert a 5 to 10 second pause after each induction cue and after every suggestion. Use 1 to 2 seconds between sentences inside a deepener.
  3. Pick your voice

Choose a calm voice from the meditation part of the library or select your own clone. Set Delivery to Stable and lower the speed a little.
  4. Generate, listen once, export

Play the track through and adjust any pause that feels rushed. Then export an MP3 to play back on your phone.

FAQ

Self-Hypnosis Audio Maker — FAQ

Something not covered here? Contact us · support@vocallab.ai

Does it write the hypnosis script for me?

No. You bring the script and the tool narrates the words you wrote. The wording, the suggestions and how you use the recording are your decisions.

Where should the silences go in a self-hypnosis script?

Most people put a longer pause after the induction cues and after each suggestion, and a short one between sentences inside a deepener. Add them as pause tags inside the line.

Can I record it in my own voice?

Yes. Clone your voice from a 15 to 30 second sample (30 seconds is recommended) and select it as the narrator. You can play your own voice back to yourself. Consent is confirmed when you clone.

Why does my recording sound uneven between sections?

Switch Delivery to Stable. It keeps the tone consistent from line to line, which matters when the track runs for 15 minutes or more.

How long can one pause be?

Up to 10 seconds per pause tag and up to 20 per request. For a longer stillness, end one line with a pause and begin the next with another, or add a pause block in the project editor.
