Billing FAQ
When am I charged?
You're charged on the same date each month (or year) from your original subscription start date.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal, via Lemon Squeezy.
How do I get an invoice?
Invoices are sent automatically to your email after each charge. You can also access them from the Billing portal → Invoices.
I was charged but didn't mean to subscribe
If you believe you were charged in error within 7 days and haven't used credits, you may be eligible for a refund. See Refund Policy.
My card was declined
- Check the card details in Billing
- Make sure the billing address matches your card
- Contact your bank — some banks block international transactions
- Try a different payment method
Will I be notified before renewal?
Yes — you'll receive an email reminder 3 days before your subscription renews.
How do I update my payment method?
- Go to Billing
- Click Manage Subscription
- Click Update Payment Method
- Enter your new card details
I cancelled but was still charged
Cancellations stop future billing — they do not cancel a charge that has already been processed. If you believe there was an error, contact support.
