Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The request is within 7 days of purchase
- You have used less than 10% of your monthly credits
- Your account has not had a prior refund
What is not refundable
- Subscriptions where more than 10% of credits have been used
- Top-up credit packs that have been partially or fully used
- Requests more than 7 days after purchase
- AppSumo lifetime deals (governed by AppSumo's refund policy)
How to request a refund
- Read this policy to check you're eligible
- Go to the Contact page
- Select Refund Request as the topic
- Include your account email and purchase date
- The team will review and respond within 2 business days
AppSumo purchases
Refunds for AppSumo lifetime deals are handled by AppSumo directly. Contact AppSumo support with your order number.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
