What we collect

What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your voice clones or generated audio to train AI models
- We do not track your browsing activity outside of vocallab.ai
- We do not share your data with advertisers
Data storage
- Account and profile data: stored in Supabase (EU region)
- Generated audio files: stored for 90 days, then automatically deleted unless you save them
- Voice clones: stored as long as your account is active
Deleting your data
You can delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes:
- Your account and profile
- All generated audio in your history
- All voice clones you created
Deletion is irreversible.
Third-party services
VocalLab uses the following third-party services:
- Supabase — authentication and profile storage
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing
- Google/Microsoft — optional OAuth login
Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
GDPR
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@vocallab.ai to exercise these rights.
