Magic Link Login

Magic links let you sign in with a single click from your email — no password needed.

How it works

1. Enter your email on the login page
2. Click Send Magic Link
3. Check your inbox for an email from VocalLab
4. Click the Sign In button in the email
5. You're signed in — the link works on any device or browser

Link expiry

Magic links expire after 10 minutes. If yours has expired, go back to the login page and request a new one.

Troubleshooting

Email not arriving

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Make sure you typed your email correctly
• Try again — sometimes email delivery takes 1–2 minutes
• Check if your email provider blocks marketing/transactional email

"Link already used" error Magic links are single-use. If you clicked it once and it worked, you're already signed in. If you're seeing this unexpectedly, request a new link.

"Link expired" error Links last 10 minutes. Request a new one from the login page.

Signed in on the wrong device Magic links work on any device — you can click it on your phone even if you requested it from your laptop. The session starts on whichever device clicked the link.

Security note

Never share your magic link with anyone. Treat it like a one-time password. Once clicked, it cannot be used again.
