How to Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Self-serve cancellation (instant)

1. Open VocalLab Studio and click Billing in the sidebar
2. Click Cancel subscription
3. Confirm with Yes, cancel

You can also cancel from Billing on vocallab.ai — the button and confirmation are the same.

Your subscription is cancelled immediately but you keep access until your billing period ends. The Billing page then shows Cancelled and the date your access runs until.

Changed your mind?

Until the period ends, click Resume subscription on the Billing page and your plan continues as before.

What happens after cancellation

• ✅ Access continues until billing period end
• ✅ Your account and history are kept
• ✅ Top-up credits (purchased separately) are kept and never expire
• ❌ Monthly credit allowance stops after current period
• ❌ Paid features (for example WAV export, priority generation and API access) stop at period end, and your account moves to the Free plan

Cancellation vs. deletion

Cancelling a subscription keeps your account active on the Free plan. If you want to fully remove your account, see How to Delete Your Account.

Refund after cancellation

Cancellation stops future billing but does not issue a refund for the current period. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
