How to Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Self-serve cancellation (instant)

1. Go to Billing
2. Click Manage Subscription
3. Click Cancel Subscription
4. Follow the prompts to confirm

Your subscription is cancelled immediately but you keep access until your billing period ends.

What happens after cancellation

• ✅ Access continues until billing period end
• ✅ Your account and history are kept
• ✅ Top-up credits (purchased separately) are kept and never expire
• ❌ Monthly credit allowance stops after current period
• ❌ Pro features (WAV export, priority) stop at period end

Can't access the billing portal?

If you purchased through AppSumo, there is no subscription to cancel — your deal is lifetime and has no recurring charge.

If you're having trouble, contact support and we'll cancel it for you manually.

Cancellation vs. deletion
